Track Data

The PopLife repository provides access to all available track data. This includes the tracks preloaded in the browser for every genome together with additional datasets, such as population genetic statistics computed using alternative window sizes.

Additional tracks can be loaded into your own PopLife session using the Open track... option in the browser.

1. Select File → Open track....
2. Paste the complete URL of the track hosted on the PopLife server.
3. The new track will immediately become available for visualization.

All files are organised by species and track type within the PopLife repository.
